TIER 4 was established in 2007 by Paul Heidbuurt en Meta Schouten; both experienced consultants on environmental and safety performance. The two directors are supported in their activities by a team of professionals who are internally as well as externally tied to TIER 4.

The company has the ambition to grow quickly. To realise this growth TIER 4 is part of various international networking organisations. Due to these collaborations we can offer an extensive and integrated service package to our clients.
